Prepare the corn on the cob according to your favorite method. I like to boil it for about 3 to 5 minutes, but it may also be steamed or cooked in the microwave. In a small saucepan over moderate combine the salad dressing and chili powder, stirring to combine. Heat until warm, not hot. Pour over the corn and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 8.
