The recipe is easy too! I just take about 20 oz. Of either Kens or Newmans Own Caesar salad dressing and toss in a food processor or blender with a 16 oz can of Chipotles in adobo and whirr it up until smooth. Add a few ounces of Balsamic vinegar and your done! Brush the shrooms 20 to 30 minutes before tossing them on the grill. Continue basting and flipping them until done (When gill side up you can see the juices bubbling).
