In 2-quart baking dish, place frozen broccoli icy side up. Cook, covered with waxed paper, 8 minutes, or until broccoli is just tender, rearranging once. Sprinkle water chestnust over broccoli; top with soup. Arrange onion rings on top. Cook, uncovered, 4 minutes, or until hot.
