Melt chocolate chips with shortening in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup chocolate mixture for topping. Spread 1 teaspoonful remaining chocolate mixture onto bottom and sides of each baking cup with brush or small rubber spatula. Stir together cream cheese, marmalade and sugar in small bowl until well blended. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoonful cream cheese mixture into each chocolate cup; cover with 1/2 teaspoon reserved chocolate mixture. Chill. 3 dozen
chips and shortening in medium bowl on High 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt, stirring every minute. Stir until chocolate is melted.
