In a large salad bowl, combine sesame seeds, almonds, cabbage, green onions, and Ramen Noodles. In a separate smaller bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour into cabbage mixture and toss. Chill for at least four hours (the dry noodles become soft from the dressing).
