Halve bread lengthwise; rub with garlic. Cut in 4" sections, then 4X1X1" sticks. Broil 5" from heat 2 minutes to lightly brown. Cool half of bread; store airtight. Combine ricotta, oregano, parsley & 1 Tbls. Parmesan. Spread half of mix over toasts. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan. Broil 2-3 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
