Mix cake mix, 2/3 c. Melted oleo, and 1 egg to form dough. Press into greased 10 X 15 pan. Bake for 10 min. At 350.
Top with bag of marshmallows and bake 5-7 minutes longer; let cool.
Heat Karo, 1/4 c. Oleo, vanilla, and peanut butter chips until melted. Stir until it's a thick sauce. Pour over cooled marshmallows. Top with one cup salted peanuts. Refridgerate before cutting.
