Drain 1/4 cup syrup from peaches and reserve. Empty peaches and remaining syrup into 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. In bowl stir baking mix, reserved syrup, and butter with fork until blended. Drop by tablespoons in 6 mounds on peaches. Bake in preheated 425F oven 20-25 minutes or until topping is brown.
