Heat oven to 350 F. In 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, combine all ingredients except fruit; mix well. Spread evenly over pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Stir in fruit. Serve as a snack, cereal or topping over yogurt. Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
Microwave Directions: In large microwaveable bowl, combine all ingredients except fruit; mix well. Microwave at High 3 minutes; stir. Microwave an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 2 minutes. Spread onto foil; cool completely. Stir in fruit. Serve as a snack, cereal or topping over yogurt.
