Mix 3 c flour, sugar, salt and yeast Heat water, mustard, & margarine to 125 - 130 F Stir liquids into flour mixture. Add remain flour and knead. Let rise till double. Punch down and roll out to 14 - 12 inches on a cookie sheet Sprinkle ham cheese and pickle down center of dough Make cuts in dough from filling d dough edge at 1" intervals Fold strips over filling Let rise till double. Brush with egg and bake at 375F for 25 min
