Stir yeast into warm water & set aside for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix together molasses, oil, water, eggs & salt. Stir in yeast & then oats. Add flour, using just enought to ofrm a soft dough. Knead for several minutes. Cover & let rise till doubled in bulk. Punch down & knead again. Divide in half & place in two oiled bread tins. Cover & let rise till doubled. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
