aside. Beat the egg yolks, in a large mixing bowl, with a wire whisk, blending in the sweetened milk and vanilla, blending well. Finely chop the mini chips by hand or in a food processor and set aside. Beat the whipping cream in a large mixer bowl, just until stiff then fold in with the chocolate into the egg mixture.
