Combine all of the ingredients (except the Onion Rolls) in a large bowl and blend well. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and place on a broiler pan or a grill. Broil 4 inches from the heat until they are done to your taste, about 15 minutes for Medium-Rare, turning once halfway through the cooking time. Serve on the onion rolls. For extra flavor, saute a few onions for the buns and add fresh lettuce leaves.
