Use dough cycle. When done, remove dough from machine and shape into 12 balls. Cover with a clean kitchen towl and let rise for approximately one hour in a warm, draft-free location. Brush each one with the egg and water, which have been beaten together, and sprinkle with the mixed-together sugar and spices. Bake in a preheated 350 F. oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
