1. Melt butter in large skillet or stockpot. Saute garlic. Add onions and green pepper; cook until onions are slightly translucent, approximately 5 minutes. 2. Add carrots. Cook 5 minutes. 3. Add zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tnder. Drain liquid. Transfer to warm steam table pan. 4. Place 5 ounces vegetable on warm plate. Ladle 1/2 cup Golden Cheese Sauce over vegetables. Serve.
