1 Esslöffel | olive oil |
6 | Cloves garlic; (6 to 8) |
25 Gramm | Butter; (1oz) |
1 | 125 gram pac premium smoked ham; roughly chopped |
1 | 250 gram pac fresh tagliatelle |
200 Milliliter | Double cream; (7fl oz) |
| salt |
| pepper ground |
| Parmesan cheese shavings |
Preheat oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Toss garlic cloves in oil and roast for 15 minutes or until soft.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the ham, adding in the garlic, by simply squeezing from their skins cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cook tagliatelle as per pack instructions.
Add the cream to the ham and garlic mixture and heat through for a further 3-4 minutes.
Drain the pasta and combine with the sauce. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese shavings.
