Round steak, 1/2 inch thick, cut into serving pieces

( 8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese

die Zubereitung:
Use meat pounder and pound garlic powder, salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese into steak. Brown meat on both sides in oil in large skillet.
When meat is browned, add water and heat until bubbly. Add tomato puree, oregano, then the remaining Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Garnish each piece with tomato slice and fresh sliced mushrooms.
