Cut meat in small pieces, brown in 2 tbs. Butter. Put sliced onion, celery in large pot add meat andd 1 teas. Sugar, 3 tb. Soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until meat is tender. Then mix 3 teas. Corn starch, 3 teas. Bead molasses with little cold water. Add to above mixture and it will thicken while cooking. Add a can of bean sprouts. Serve on rice.
