In a saucepan melt butter in olive oil on low heat. Add onion and garlic and sautee for 3 min. Add wine, parsley and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 min. Add seafood and simmer for 5 min.Pour over cooked pasta. Options: To make a red sauce- add 1-4 oz can tomato sauce with wine...proceed.
