Vegetarian Stir Fry Grilled Pizza
Zutaten für 1 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
 Canola oil; to cook
1 Esslöffelgarlic minced
1/2 Esslöffelginger minced
2 grossonions red
 salt
 black pepper freshly ground
2 Tasseshiitake mushrooms sliced
1 TasseSliced yellow zucchini
1 TasseSliced green zucchini
Tomatoes thinly sliced
1/3 TasseThai basil chiffonade
2 TasseMozzarella grated

In a hot wok coated with oil, stir-fry garlic, ginger and onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until onions are caramelized. Add mushrooms and zucchini and stir-fry until soft. Check for seasoning. Place filling on top of a grilled pizza dough. Cover with tomato slices and basil. Cover with cheese.

This recipe yields two 8- to 10-inch pizzas.
