Marble Cheesecake
Zutaten für 6 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
 ====graham cracker crust===
1 Tassegraham cracker crumbs
1/4 TasseButter; real butter
2 Esslöffelsugar
 === for cheesecake ===
24 x ca. 30 gCream cheese; (3-8oz pkg), so
1/2 Tassesour cream
2 Teelöffelvanilla
3 Esslöffelflour
eggs
1/4 TasseHershey's® cocoa
1/4 Tassesugar
1 Esslöffelvegetable oil
1/2 Teelöffelvanilla
die Zubereitung:

Hershey's chocolate Cb. I have not made it but I will for the next dinner party I have.

Prepare Graham crust and set aside. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, the sour cream and 2 tsp vanilla in a large mixer bowl. Beat on medium sped until smooth. Add flour, 1 Tbs at a time, blending well. Add eggs and beat well. Combine cocoa anda 1/4 cup sugar in a small bowl and add oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture, and mix until well blended.

Spoon plain and chocolate mixtures alternately into prepared crust, ending with dollops of chocolate on top. Gently swirl with knife for a pretty marbled effect. Bake at 450*F for 10 minutes Without opening oven door, decrease temperature to 250*F and continue to ake for 30 minutes. Do Not Open Oven Door. Turn oven off and let cheesecake remain in oven for 3o minutes more., Now You Can Open The Door and remove from the oven. Loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely and then chill thoroughly.

For Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350*F for 8-10 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
