1 x ca. 450 g | ground beef |
2/3 Tasse | Crushed corn chips |
1/2 Tasse | chilli sauce |
4 Scheibe | Velveeta extra thick pasteurized process cheese spread |
4 | Hard rolls; split |
| Guacamole |
| tomato chopped |
Combine meat, corn chips and 1/4 cup chili sauce; mix lightly. Shape into four patties; place on rack of broiler pan. Broil on both sides to desired doneness. Top with Velveeta cheese spread; broil until cheese spread begins to melt. Spread rolls with remaining ingredients and additional chips, if desired. 4 sandwiches.
1. Substitute an 8.25-oz can crushed pineapple, drained, 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger for corn chips and chili sauce.
2. Substitute hamburger buns for hard rolls.
3. Substitute 4 green pepper slices for guacamole and tomatoes.
