Coarsely cut cabbage and boil until tender. Saut, onion, pepper and celery in butter. Put in drained cabbage and cook 15 minutes. Add 1/2 lb. Cheese and 1/2 pint coffee cream, add red pepper and salt to taste. Put in well-greased casserole and cover with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
