Couple of shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
Bleu Cheese dressing
Celery to suit cut in strips and sections

Fry the wings in the wok in two batches until the wings are crispy and brown. Melt the butter in the microwave in a covered Tupperware bowl which will be used for your shaker. Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce, shake and serve immediately.
